To prepare your reading we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, and birth details (date, time, and place of birth, including its coordinates). For the Parenting Blueprint, this includes the child's birth details, provided by their parent or guardian.
Payment details (card, UPI, or banking information) are collected and processed directly by Razorpay, our payment processor — they never reach our servers.
Your birth details are used for exactly one purpose: calculating your chart and preparing your report. Your email address is used to deliver your report and, if you requested the free Dasha report, to occasionally share readings and offers we think you'll value — you can opt out any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to us.
We never sell your data. We never share your birth details with advertisers.
We use a small number of service providers to run CosmicMind: a payment processor (Razorpay), a transactional email service, and secure cloud infrastructure for our database, report generation, and file storage. Each receives only what it needs to perform its role.
We record basic, aggregate usage events (such as page views and form completions) to understand how the site is used and improve it. These are not sold or shared, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We retain your details and delivered reports so we can re-send your report, honour corrections, and maintain order records. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to reports@cosmicmindastro.com from the email address you used — we honour deletion requests in line with applicable Indian data-protection law, keeping only what payment and tax regulations require us to keep.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls on reputable cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to the minimum the service needs.
Our service is for adults. Children's birth details are processed only within the Parenting Blueprint, submitted by a parent or guardian, and are treated with the same care as all other data.
