Every report is a personalised product — calculated, written, and reviewed for your chart alone after you order. Like any made-to-order work, it cannot be returned, so refunds are not available once a report has been delivered. But if something goes wrong on our side, we will always make it right.
You were charged but no report was delivered within 48 hours and we cannot remedy it promptly. · You were charged twice for the same order (the duplicate is refunded in full). · You received a report for the wrong product or cast from details different from the ones you submitted.
If your report contains an error that traces to our calculation or writing, we will correct and redeliver it free, with priority. If the birth details you entered were incorrect, tell us — a one-time free recast is at our discretion and is usually granted for honest slips reported quickly.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. To request one, write to reports@cosmicmindastro.com with your order email and a short description.
The free Dasha report involves no payment and is provided as-is, with love.
